          I will make sure that all users of NxStage NxView 2.0 System at our facility are informed of this Product Recall.

          I have conducted a full inventory check of all product at my location and identified the devices manufactured in March and April of 2020.

  • In order to replace the affected devices, please list a contact person that will be able to coordinate with the NxStage Representative.
